Roasted with patience, served with calm

In Spain we drink too much bad coffee. We chose another path: coffees traceable to the producer, farm, altitude and process. No shortcuts. We roast them in our shop in Cambrils, in small batches, and serve them fresh.

Coffee is roasted fruit: it goes stale. That is why we don't sell stock — we roast every week and ship within 24–48 h. If your bag has no roast date, it isn't fresh coffee.

You don't need to be an expert. You just need to want to try something better.
