1 · Delivery times and shipping zones
We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the countries of the European Union (Germany, France, Italy, Portugal and the rest of the EU). Coffee leaves our roastery in Cambrils within 24–48 hours of roasting, and delivery takes 2 to 4 working days in mainland Spain and 3 to 6 in the rest of the EU.
Standard shipping costs €4.95 and is free on orders over €30. You can also collect your order free of charge at the roastery (Carrer de Pau Casals, 7, Cambrils, Tarragona).
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside the European Union, write to us before ordering: customs duties and taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient.
2 · Freshness and batches
We roast every week in small batches. Every bag has the roast date printed on it. If your order comes in after the weekly roast, it will go out with the next batch — fresh beats fast.
You will receive an email with the tracking number when the order leaves Cambrils. Shipments within Spain are handled by ASM and Loginser; shipments to the rest of the EU by international carriers (GLS, DHL, UPS or others) depending on the destination.
3 · Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving any reason, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. To exercise it, write to us at hola@aureocoffee.com quoting your order number.
Exception: for reasons of hygiene and freshness, coffee in opened or unsealed bags cannot be returned (Article 103, letters d and e). Unopened bags are refunded in full, including the initial shipping cost, within a maximum of 14 days of our receiving the goods. Return costs are borne by you, unless the mistake is ours.
4 · Problems with an order
If the order arrives damaged or does not arrive, write to us within 48 hours with a photo of the parcel. We replace or refund, your choice. No endless forms.
When you receive the parcel, check the condition of the packaging; if it shows visible damage, note it with the carrier.
