Com preparar-lo

Espresso

18 g de cafè · 36–40 g a la tassa · 26–30 s. Mòlta fina; si surt àcid, mol més fi.

Moka

Omple el filtre sense prémer, aigua ja calenta, foc mitjà. Retira'l al primer borboll.

Filter / V60

15 g per 250 ml d'aigua a 92–94 °C. Abocaments en cercles, 2:30–3:00 en total.
